Our contract partners now have immediate access to their service history, POSitouch FAQ's, self help, troubleshooting and training media.  Non critical service requests can be made with file and document uploads for review.  Eliminate call in wait times and fax in/ call back scenarios.  Free your management and staff from waiting so they can perform their critical duties.

If you don't have an account, simply contact us or email support@pinnaclehs.com with the phrase MY PINNACLE in the subject line.  Include the SERVICE CONTRACT NUMBER and/or site name, address, phone number and contact information in the body of the email.  If more than one site is operated, please include above information on the corporate office and ALL related sites.  Multi unit operators will have access to all of their sites through one log in.

Once your contract information has been validated, you will receive your log in information and password in an email.  Please allow up to 3 business days for validation and processing.
